Everyday People is deeply inspired by my love of dance, party culture and the effortless joy found in human connection. It celebrates the simple moments that enrich our lives—sharing a laugh, gathering with friends, and losing ourselves to a thumping beat. In many ways, my paintings are always a tribute to music and celebration, paying homage to those who embrace life fully and find happiness in the everyday.

In this piece, my blue characters return to the canvas—though, in truth, they never really left. I am continually drawn to the rich sheen and striking beauty of their skin, using their blueness to heighten the vibrant, transcendent energy of the scene.
